Sricharan Gadde is an entrepreneur, technology leader, author, and Founder & CEO of Evolfinity Technologies, a Bengaluru-based IT consulting and digital transformation company.
Sricharan’s journey began with curiosity. Growing up in a middle-class Indian household, technology was not something that came easily or early. His first real computer entered his life only in tenth standard, but that single experience opened a door that would eventually shape everything that came after.
What began as curiosity became a lifelong interest in building, problem-solving, systems, and the possibilities created by technology.
Sricharan went on to study engineering at Lovely Professional University, where his interest in coding, software, and digital systems became stronger. He began his professional career as an IT Consultant at a multinational firm, gaining exposure to enterprise technology, large systems, professional delivery, and the realities of how businesses use software at scale.
The corporate chapter gave him discipline, exposure, and technical depth. But it also showed him something important: many businesses were using technology, but not always using it well.
In 2018, Sricharan founded Evolfinity Technologies. There was no outside investment. No inherited business. No famous network. No perfect playbook.
There was only a belief that technology could help businesses become faster, smarter, and more capable — and that a company built from India could serve clients across the world with quality, discipline, and long-term thinking.
Today, Sricharan’s work sits at the intersection of AI, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, systems, sales, marketing, leadership, and execution. His mission is to help more founders and businesses use technology not just to operate, but to evolve.
