From campus placement to building Evolfinity Technologies.

Before stepping into enterprise technology and entrepreneurship, Sricharan Gadde built his academic and technical foundation at Lovely Professional University, where he pursued Computer Science and Engineering with Honours.

This phase played an important role in shaping his early interest in software, systems, problem-solving, and technology-led possibilities. It was during these years that Sricharan began seeing technology not only as a career path, but as a practical tool that could be used to build solutions, solve real problems, and create long-term impact.

During his time at LPU, Sricharan demonstrated exceptional execution capabilities by developing 13+ software applications across diverse technology domains. These ranged from traditional websites and desktop applications to advanced anti-virus solutions and cloud-based AI applications. Significantly, several of these applications were sold to corporate clients, validating both the quality and market relevance of his work while still a student.

In his final year, Sricharan also worked as a software developer at LPU Infotech, gaining hands-on experience in professional software development within an institutional setting. This combination of independent software development, corporate sales experience, and professional development work provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the full software lifecycle—from concept to deployment to market adoption.

Sricharan Gadde began his professional career at ITC Infotech after campus placement, working there from 2016 to 2018. This phase exposed him to enterprise technology, Big Data, professional delivery standards, and the discipline required to work inside a multinational technology environment.

What made this phase stand out was the speed at which Sricharan proved himself. By the end of his first year, he was awarded Best Employee in the Big Data division. During his 2.5 years of service, he also received consecutive hikes and promotions, reflecting his ability to take ownership, deliver consistently, and grow quickly inside a structured corporate environment.

After resigning from ITC Infotech, Sricharan incorporated Evolfinity Technologies in 2018. The company was built around his long-standing passion for technology and his desire to help individuals and businesses harness the power of digital systems.

This was a defining move in his journey. Leaving a stable corporate path to build a company from limited resources required courage, patience, and deep personal ownership. In the early stages, Sricharan had to learn every side of business — client acquisition, project delivery, pricing, operations, communication, hiring, trust-building, and execution.

Between 2018 and 2022, Sricharan scaled Evolfinity Technologies from zero to more than $1M+ in revenue. The company also built a global execution footprint across 16 countries within a span of four years.

This phase shaped Sricharan's understanding of business development, service delivery, client trust, team systems, global coordination, and the importance of execution. Building this level of traction from limited resources required far more than technical skill. It required persistence, positioning, sales ability, delivery ownership, client communication, and the ability to solve problems continuously.

As Evolfinity expanded, the company also contributed to public-sector digital enablement. Evolfinity developed a Social Audit mobile application for the Government of Madhya Pradesh, supporting Jal Jeevan Mission-related communication.

This milestone demonstrated how technology could be used beyond commercial business needs. It showed Evolfinity's ability to support process improvement, field communication, public-sector workflows, and digital enablement at a broader level.

As Sricharan continued building Evolfinity Technologies, his work began receiving wider recognition through startup, leadership, and institutional milestones.

Evolfinity was nominated for the Top 500 Indian Startup Awards for FY 2021 and FY 2022, powered by Benchmark Trust with CNBC as media partner. Sricharan was also nominated for Top 500 CEOs in the Startup category for FY 2021.

As artificial intelligence became more practical and accessible, Sricharan began focusing more strongly on how AI could help entrepreneurs, businesses, consultants, service companies, and growing organizations.

He saw AI not just as a trend, but as a tool for improving business outcomes — reducing manual work, automating operations, supporting decision-making, improving customer experience, and creating scalable systems.

Sricharan Gadde expanded his journey further by writing 7 Steps to 7 Figures & Beyond, a book created for entrepreneurs, professionals, and ambitious individuals who want to think bigger, build wealth, use AI and digital opportunities, and create a more abundant life.

The book brings together lessons from entrepreneurship, mindset, business growth, wealth-building, AI, digital transformation, and execution. It reflects Sricharan's belief that success is not only about earning more, but about becoming more valuable, disciplined, strategic, and prepared for the future.

By 2026, Sricharan's work expanded beyond Evolfinity Technologies into consulting, authorship, personal branding, business growth content, AI education, digital transformation thinking, and community building.

Today, Sricharan works exclusively with 5–6 clients per year on consulting engagements, combining strategy, execution support, business diagnosis, systems thinking, AI opportunity mapping, and the frameworks outlined in his book.

This phase also led to the creation of Beyond Circle 100, a special WhatsApp community for serious people focused on business, AI, digital transformation, wealth-building, systems, entrepreneurship, and execution.
