Consulting Services Refund Policy

Consulting engagements are customized and delivered through direct interaction with Sricharan Gadde. Due to the personalized nature of these services, the following policy applies:

1. Cancellation Before Engagement Starts

If you cancel a consulting engagement before the scheduled start date, a full refund will be issued minus any deposits already paid towards preparation work.

2. Refunds After Engagement Begins

Once an engagement has begun, refunds are not available as the services have been delivered and time has been allocated exclusively to your business.

3. Book Refunds

Book purchases through Amazon or other retailers are subject to their respective return and refund policies. Refer to the retailer's policy for refund eligibility.

4. Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us through the contact form on our website with details of your engagement or purchase. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Disputes

In case of disputes regarding refunds or engagement quality, both parties agree to communicate in good faith to resolve the matter. If unresolved, the matter may be escalated to appropriate dispute resolution channels.
